We have succesfully trained 6 apprentices in the past 3 years, each bringing unique and enthusiastic attribrutes to the charity. They under go a Youth work NVQ2 and aCity and Guilds technical certificatewhislt working with us. Although they all moan at one point or another about the paper work they all thouroughly enjoy the posts they have to learn within.
Two of our esteemed members of staff, did their training with SYVN in 2007 and enjoyed it so much they are still with us now.
