Good news two more mini Revolutions have successfully taken place in 2011.
Firstly, Kingston Lacy in Dorset was held on the 14th of April. Because it was a long way to travel some of us went camping the night before at a local campsite and had extra fun cooking round the fire and melting marshmallows! The day consisted of really interesting things to do i.e. Kitchen gardening, learning how to be a house steward, conservation on the estate! With a yummy lunch provided and some circus equipment to keep us all entertained it was a fantastic reVolution!
Secondly, Lytes Cary near Yeovil. This is when 'mini' really meant 'mini' revolution. Held on the 8th May. During the day we created wheel barrow trains, loading trailers, mulching, raking, making a bird watch house out of willow and lots, lots more. We also enjoyed some acoustic performance by Mo Brown. Lunch was very yummy.
